Searenity is a 4200 sq. ft home one block from the ocean in beautiful Edisto Beach, South Carolina. Searenity sits on a cul-de-sac thirty yards from a marsh and the bike path runs along its eastern property edge. Only a short walk (2 1/2 blocks) from the beach, Searenity is a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and relax in luxury. Searenity does not have a view of the ocean. 

Searenity was completely renovated in 2005 under new ownership.

This lovely home features two units - an upper and a lower. It can be rented as an entire home for 19 people or by the floor (9 people/10 people). THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY PERFECT HOME FOR ANNUAL FAMILY TRIPS TO THE BEACH! With each floor having its own large great room, multiple interests can be served, ie one big group can be playing cards downstairs and the other big group can be watching a DVD upstairs! And with each floor having its own fully stocked kitchen, families can be making lunch on one floor while the late-risers are still eating breakfast on the other! Each unit includes a master suite with a king-sized bed, adjoining master bath, large Jacuzzi, double sinks and walk-in closet. Each unit has 2 other bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed and one with bunk beds. One unit has 2 bathrooms, one unit has 3 bathrooms. When Searenity is rented as "a whole", there is interior access to both floors in addition to exterior access. When one floor of Searenity is rented, there is an exterior entrance only. 

Each unit has a fully-equipped kitchen with large bar and reverse osmosis water; a large dining area; an enormous great room; a laundry area with washer and dryer; ceiling fans in all rooms and porches; air-conditioning, stereo, DVD and VCR in great room; TVs with cable in all bedrooms; a screened porch and a covered porch; outdoor hot/cold shower. Pet allowed for additional fee of $150 a week; second pet at $50 extra a week.
