*We try to avoid single night rentals however in the event that it becomes necessary we charge the published rental rate. Additionally we charge a $66.00 processing fee which goes to the rental company. |

*We typically do not do monthly rentals during the Winter season but they can be negotiated.
- Any two month rental is discounted 10% (no discount for July & August combination)
- Any three month rental is discounted 15%
- Any four month rental is discounted 20%
**6.75% NC Sales Tax and 6% Beech Mountain Occupancy Tax is added to any occupancy of less than 90 days |

There is a 12.75% tax added to the above amounts. There is a $250 security deposit for a week stay or longer. This will be refunded 7-14 days after your departure, if no damage to the unit is found. |

Beech Mountain is located approximately 5 miles from Banner Elk and is home to Ski Beech, which offers 15 slopes for skiing or snowboarding, as well as an outdoor ice skating rink. In the winter, the town offers free sledding for children of all ages on a lighted hill next to the town hall.
Beech Mountain is located 5,506 feet above sea level and always provides a calm, cool atmosphere. Although winter provides a number of activities, summer, spring and fall are also enjoyable seasons here.
The Beech Mountain Golf Course and other area courses provide top-notch golfing. The area also boasts several tennis courts and swimming pools. Hiking trails with views of the Blue Ridge are also popular among visitors and residents alike. With so many area attractions and outdoor activities just a short drive away, Beech Mountain has it all.
