This waterfront home built in 2002, has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 and is lavishly decorated in a tropical Ernest Hemingway style. 

This vacation rental has ten foot ceilings, crown molding, and ceiling fans throughout.

Entertaining is a breeze (a tropical breeze!) in the gorgeous, full kitchen with stone countertops.  The living room overlooks a large inlet next to the Intra-coastal waterway and is equipped with Satellite TV, VCR/DVD player.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and it's own TV/VCR. You'll love the large master bath complete with custom shower and 6' whirlpool tub.

There is a queen size bed in another bedroom and twin beds in the third bedroom.

Relax on the the large screened porch overlooking the coconut trees and your own 150' private dock on beautiful Kettle Harbor, with DIRECT ACCESS to the intra-coastal waterway, no bridges.

Bring your boat and enjoy world class Tarpon fishing, or just fish right under the dock for a chance to catch a trophy Snook, Redfish, Trout or Snapper. Manatees and Porpoises often play within 25 feet of the dock so bring your camera! Relax in the deluxe private heated swimming pool surrounded by the lush tropical landscaping. Grill your own fresh fish by the pool and dine poolside under the swaying palm trees or dine in the screened porch or inside…your choice!

Just want to relax??? The home is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and there is a double hammock under the palm trees for you to enjoy. And don't forget the islands beautiful beach for swimming, beach combing, and hours of relaxation! The island's beach sunsets will bring out the romantic in everyone!
 

 

12% state and local sales tax added to rental plus $110 dollar cleaning fee (all rates, fees, or sales tax is subject to change). Children are welcome, however NO PETS PLEASE! Pets in units will result in forfeiture of deposit.
