Welcome to A Falling Leaf Chalet, our beautiful vacation chalet rental on Beechwood Lane in Beech Mountain, North Carolina.
Summer is a great time to visit Beech mountain with our cool, crisp air. Our location offers beautiful, high elevation accommodations within a short drive of all of the High Country's many attractions. |

Autumn offers awe-inspiring leaf color at over 5000' elevation!
In the winter, relax by a warm, inviting fireplaces after an invigorating day of winter sports (snow skiing, snow tubing, ice skating, sledding) or shopping.
Beech Mountain is a vacation wonderland for all seasons.
If your passion is shopping, you are in luck! While Fred's General Store on the Mountain is charming and has a little bit of everything, The Mast General Stores in Valle Crucis or Boone are a must see! The area offers lots of craft and antique shops, but be sure and reserve a day for shopping at the Outlet Mall (35 stores) and many fine shops in the town of Blowing Rock.
Our chalet has 4 bedrooms (two with king size beds, two with two twin size beds each.) The living room upstairs has a queen size sofa bed. (SLEEPS A TOTAL OF 10). For those of you that are adventurous, there are several other sofas that do not pull out.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, crock pot, mixer, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, garbage disposal and a dishwasher. Although ironing is probably the last thing you have on your mind when you are on vacation - we have an iron in the downstairs bedroom with the king size bed.
We have LOTS OF games in the third floor living room. We have a number of movies there for your viewing pleasure.
We provide everything to make your vacation getaway the best that it can be. All you need to bring is your food and clothes!
