Spring is truly beautiful as all the mountain foliage starts to bloom. The wide variety of hiking trails in the area is a great way to see some breathtaking vistas of the Appalachian Mountains. In the summer, you can beat the heat by going whitewater rafting, and the North Carolina Symphony will be in town working the App Summer Festival at Appalachian State University. Winter means that our four local ski slopes will be in full swing, featuring some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the southeast.

<<Creek Crossing Cabin: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Sleeps 8. 2 kings and a set of twins, queen size sofa sleeper. Also has a stereo, satellite TV in every bedroom, a hot tub and a gas grill.  




Valley View Cabin: New log cabin on almost 2 secluded acres with gorgeous views of the valley. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, full kitchen, hot tub, gas logs in fireplace. There is a view from every room in the home. There is no detail spared, with down comforters and pillows and custom made quilts. 



<<Shady Rest Cabin: Amenities Include fireplace, cable/satellite, washer/dryer, outdoor hot tub, grill, deck with many rockers and more. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths include 2 king beds and a set of twins as well as the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room area. This is out newest cabin! 



Three Bairds Cabin: Amenities Include hot tub, fireplace, cable/satellite, washer/dryer, view. Additional Amenities: pool table
