A and W Mountain Rentals & Realty, Inc. offers fully-furnished Blue Ridge Mountain log cabins, chalets, homes and townhouses in the Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, and Seven Devils areas near the Blue Ridge Parkway in Western North Carolina.

A and W Mountain Rentals strives to protect both the vacation lodging renters and the owners of the beautiful properties that we manage. We operate our rental company based on the provisions of the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act. The Vacation Rental Act Agreement protects both the vacation renter as well as the landlord or rental agent. Agent shall conduct all brokerage activities without respect to the race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status of any tenant. We have displayed our rental policies below. Please read and understand them. If you have any questions, we invite you to contact us.
 
ARRIVAL time is 4:00 pm. DEPARTURE time is 10:00 am. If the rental unit is ready before 4:00 pm, you may be allowed to check in early. You must call ahead to make sure the unit is ready. Do not enter your rental early without permission, please! Also, we do ask that, if you plan to leave prior to your scheduled departure date, you notify our office. 

Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy must be strictly adhered to. Occupancy count includes children. Exceeding the occupancy limit set for your unit is grounds for immediate eviction.

 Most tenants must be 24 years of age. (This does not apply to family groups.) ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES!

The person signing the contract must be 24 years or older and must be present during the rental period.

A and W Mountain Rentals & Realty, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that they feel will not be responsible for the property he/she is renting.

All reservations are subject to a 7.75% NC sales tax. Some properties are subject to 6% local occupancy tax. 

Payment Information: Visa, MasterCard & Discover, Cashier's Checks & Money Orders are accepted. Personal checks are welcome if received 20 days in advance of arrival date. Stays of 4 weeks or longer may not be paid by credit card. If a Security (Damage) Deposit is requested, the security deposit also may not be paid by credit card.
