This beautiful mountainside inn is located in Blowing Rock, North Carolina on Valley Blvd. just one mile south of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Cliff Dwellers Inn offers awe-inspiring views of the mountains ...and we are open all year.
Cliff Dwellers offers a continental breakfast on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday mornings, from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM. A great way start your weekend before you head out to enjoy the beautiful High Country.
In addition to offering great views, our rooms are newly furnished and include two beds, a queen and full, Each room has cable TV, free local calls, coffee maker, hair dryer, refrigerator and more! We also offer Wireless Internet in all rooms!
After an enjoyable day of sightseeing or shopping, relax at the sitting area/sundeck which includes a garden-side location, BBQ grill and beautiful view. Visit "Patricia's Attic" in the lobby.
All rooms and suites at Cliff Dwellers Inn are non-smoking rooms, however we do offer smoking facilities outside of each room. We have a limited number of pet friendly rooms.

Special Weekends and Holidays may require higher rates.
Any reservations cancelled within five days of your intended stay will incur a one night charge per room on your credit card.
For groups of four or more rooms any reservations cancelled within fourteen days of your intended stay will incur a one night charge per room on your credit card.

Rates are based on Normal Occupancy, which can include up to two adults
and one child sixteen or under. (Please call or check our online booking.)
For each additional adult (age 17 and older) a $12 charge per night is added.
For each additional child a $6 charge per night is added.
There is a five-day Cancellation Policy.
We offer a 5% discount for all military.
We offer discounts for AAA.
We also offer Senior Citizen discounts.

The High Country has a diverse selection of attractions for the whole family. Tweetsie Railroad, located in Blowing Rock, is a great family destination. There you can ride an authentic coal powered steam locomotive (as well as a variety of carnival rides), partake in Wild West shows, and enjoy an abundance of tasty treats. Also be sure to visit The Blowing Rock, an immense cliff hanging 3,000 feet over the John's River Gorge, where gravity appears to be reversed - causing objects to fall up!
