Huge living room with 22 foot tall pine vaulted ceiling and hard wood floors with gas fireplace. Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops and hard wood floors. Powder room and laundry also on main floor.

Upstairs: Second Master bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a private deck (Awesome Views). Full bathroom off of bedroom. Gorgeous loft with hardwood floors and ceiling and full-size sleeper futon.

Full daylight basement: Bedroom with twin bunkbeds and patio. Full bath. Family room with large sectional Queen sleeper sofa and patio. Three-way gas fireplace and large game room for playing pool, air hockey, ping pong or board games or put down a full-size air mattress (supplied) for extra sleeping.

Nightly Rate: $200/Night (3 Night Minimum); $225/Night (Less than 3)
Weekly  Rate: $1200/Week.

* ALL Rental Prices are Plus $200 Refundable Security Deposit.
* A $150 Cleaning deposit is required (refunded if cleaned by renter).
* Based on 4 Person Occupancy - $10/Night Per Each Additional Person.
Rates will be higher on Holidays and special weeks
